Preparation
Turn off Windows protection — that's enough for most systems.

Remove third-party antivirus and anti-cheats Kaspersky, Avast, ESET and the like, plus FaceIT and Riot Vanguard, conflict with the loader. They must be uninstalled, not just paused.
- Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features).
- Uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing or disabling is not enough — the antivirus driver stays resident.
- Uninstall the FaceIT AC and Riot Vanguard anti-cheats if present — they block third-party software at the kernel level.
- FaceIT is the CS2 anti-cheat, Vanguard is the Valorant one. If you don't play those games, they are safe to remove.
After removing an antivirus, restart the PC — some of its services only unload after a reboot.
Fully disable Windows Defender The #1 cause of “it won't launch”. Disable it for real: manually first, then remove it from startup, reboot, and finish it off with Defender Control.
- Step 1. Turn protection off by hand. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings and switch every toggle off:
- Real-time protection — Off.
- Cloud-delivered protection — Off.
- Automatic sample submission — Off.
- Tamper Protection — Off. Turn this one off first, otherwise the others switch themselves back on.
- Step 2. Disable reputation-based protection. In Windows Security → App & browser control → Reputation-based protection → Settings, turn everything off (SmartScreen, potentially-unwanted-app blocking).
- Step 3. Remove Defender from startup. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Startup apps tab, find Windows Security notification icon and click Disable.
- Step 4. Restart your computer. This is mandatory — some Defender services only unload after a reboot.
- Step 5. Finish with Defender Control. Download Defender Control (archive password: r1xon), run it as administrator and click Disable Windows Defender — the tile turns red.
- If your antivirus deletes the utility itself, protection is still active — go back to step 1. The file ships zipped on purpose so Defender can't wipe it before it's disabled.
Don't skip steps 3–4. “I turned the toggles off but it didn't help” almost always means Defender came back after restart because it was left in startup.
- Disable Intel Rapid Storage Technology in BIOS.
- Restart the system before launching the loader.
- Make sure you are using an Nvidia or AMD graphics card.
- If you have Nvidia:
- Install NVIDIA App
- Sign in to your account.
- Install the latest video driver.
- Enable Nvidia overlay
- If you have AMD:
- Install AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition (PRO version is not supported).
- Install the latest video driver.
- Enable the in-game overlay in settings.
- In the performance tab, enable performance metrics display.
Launch

- Download LoaderArcane — Yandex Disk / MEGA mirror.
- Place the loader in a separate folder.
- Run the loader as administrator.
- Wait for the loader update, then run it again.
- Enter your key and press
Enter(if Ctrl + V does not paste the key, right-click inside the cmd window). - Press Yes if you need to clean traces from previous bans.
- After successful loading, the loader will close automatically.
- Launch the game; injection will happen automatically. The menu will appear in the game.
- Open / close the menu with
HomeorInsert(on a laptop, useFn + Insert). - To unload the software, use
End.
Problems & fixes
20If you have an AMD GPU and see an error like in the screenshot
First install the current Visual C++ x64. If that does not help, close every AMD/Radeon process in Task Manager, download Libs.rar, and replace the DLL files in
C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext. Then restart AMD Software and make sure performance metrics display is enabled.Error “Please make sure PIN is not set in Windows sign-in options and manually disable Hyper-V”
- Remove the Windows sign-in PIN completely: Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options. The error is about the PIN, not the account password.
- In Windows Features, turn off Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform; turn off Memory Integrity (Windows Security → Device security → Core isolation details); run
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype offin an administrator PowerShell. - Restart the PC.
- If the window is still there, run R1XON Checker, press “Copy report” and paste the text into your support request. The window itself is no proof that Hyper-V is on: it also appears when the hypervisor is already off and no Windows PIN is set.
Do not disable hardware virtualization (VT-x / SVM) in BIOS. The product needs it, and turning it off changes the error to “VMX / SVM is not supported”.
Error “Failed to map memory”
If the PC has less than 12 GB of RAM, it does not meet the requirement — contact the seller. If there is enough memory, disable every startup app and restart the PC. If the error remains, download Microsoft Autoruns, disable the
CurrentVersion\Run entries on the Logon tab, and restart again.The loader closed without errors
Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable — download Visual C++ x64.
The menu is in the game, but you cannot interact with it
Run the selected overlay as administrator and try launching again.
Windows 10 error “Make sure all antiviruses are disabled”
Completely uninstall third-party antivirus software, disable Real-time protection and SmartScreen, then restart the PC. After rebooting, run R1XON Checker and resolve every remaining red security item.
Windows 11 error “Make sure all antiviruses are disabled”
Download the Turn_ON / Turn_OFF archive. Run Turn_ON, accept the registry changes and restart; then run Turn_OFF, accept the changes and restart once more. If the error remains, uninstall third-party antivirus software and verify that Real-time protection is actually disabled.
Other errors caused by the loader
Take a screenshot of the error and contact support on the website. If needed, prepare AnyDesk for remote diagnostics.
You can see the menu, but it is not clickable
Run Steam without administrator rights. Disable every third-party overlay and keep only the single overlay required by the product — NVIDIA, AMD, or the one specified in preparation.
The menu disappears in game or visual functions do not work
If the game was patched recently, check the product status and wait for its update. If the product is online, verify the game files; if the issue repeats, perform a clean reinstall. If that does not help, attach the R1XON Checker report to a support request: press “Copy report” and paste the text.
The menu is not clickable or does not open the first time
Run Steam without administrator rights. If the game uses EA App, disable the EA App overlay in its settings. Then restart the loader and the game.
AES instruction set is not supported
Your CPU does not support the AES instruction set, so this error cannot be fixed. Contact support to check refund options.
Please enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS
Enter BIOS, find Intel Virtualization Technology or Intel VT-X, and enable it.
Please enable AMD-V in BIOS
Enter BIOS, find AMD-V or SVM Mode, and enable it.
Please disable Secure Boot in the BIOS
Enter BIOS and disable Secure Boot.
Unsupported firmware
Convert the Windows disk to GPT using the built-in Windows mbr2gpt tool or another disk management utility.
Secure Boot keys are incorrect and need to be enrolled
Enable Secure Boot in BIOS, save settings, and check it in PowerShell with
Confirm-SecureBootUEFI. If the result is True, restart the PC, enter BIOS again, and disable Secure Boot.VMX/SVM is not supported
Open Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off and uncheck Virtual Machine Platform and Hyper-V. If the error remains, run
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off in an administrator Command Prompt and restart the PC.Incorrect HWID
- Open Command Prompt as administrator and run
wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumberandwmic baseboard get SerialNumberone after another. - A command fails or shows no serial number — the problem is in WMI or the system itself. The developer recommends a clean official Windows.
- Both commands work — send your key and a screenshot of the error to support for an HWID check.
More launch tips

Advanced setup — only if it still won’t launch
Disable Secure Boot Secure Boot stops the loader from starting. Check the status first, then disable it in BIOS if needed.
- Check the status: press
Win + R, typemsinfo32, and in System Summary find Secure Boot State. If it reads Off or Unsupported — you're set, skip the rest. - If it's On — enter BIOS/UEFI (tap
Del,F2orF10while the PC boots — depends on the motherboard). - Find Boot or Security → Secure Boot and set it to Disabled. Save (usually
F10) and reboot.- If Secure Boot is greyed out, set a Supervisor Password under Security first — that unlocks the option. You can remove the password afterwards.
Enable virtualization (VT-x / SVM) The loader needs hardware CPU virtualization. Enabled in BIOS.
- Enter BIOS/UEFI and open Advanced → CPU Configuration (naming varies by board).
- Enable Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x) on Intel, or SVM Mode on AMD. Save and reboot.
Disable Hyper-V and Windows virtualization Windows' own virtualization features grab the hypervisor and get in the loader's way. Disabled separately from VT-x.
- Open Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off and uncheck Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform.
- Open Command Prompt as administrator, run the command, then reboot:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off - Also turn off Memory Integrity and Application Guard if enabled (see “Disable Core Isolation”).
Disable Core Isolation Memory Integrity blocks the driver from loading. Takes a minute to switch off.
- Open Windows Security → Device security → Core isolation details.
- Turn off Memory Integrity and restart the PC.
Disk in GPT layout If the loader says “Unsupported firmware”, the system disk is MBR and needs converting to GPT.
- Check the layout: Win+R → diskmgmt.msc, right-click the system disk → Properties → Volumes → Partition style. It should read GUID (GPT).
- If it's MBR, convert without data loss: admin Command Prompt, run mbr2gpt /convert /allowfullOS. After converting, switch the BIOS boot mode to UEFI.
Back up anything important before converting. It usually goes smoothly, but a disk is a disk.
Disable Intel RST (Rapid Storage) On some laptops Intel RST mode gets in the loader's way. Switched to AHCI in BIOS.
- In BIOS find SATA Mode / Storage Configuration and switch from Intel RST / RAID to AHCI. Save and reboot.
If Windows won't boot after switching to AHCI, boot into Safe Mode once — Windows picks up the AHCI driver, then reboot normally.
Use a VPN for download and activation CIS ISPs often block the activation servers. A VPN is needed while downloading the loader, activating the key and injecting — you can turn it off before joining a match.
- Use a full VPN — an app that routes all traffic, not a browser proxy or extension: half the support tickets come from exactly this. In Happ and similar clients turn on TUN mode.
- Turn the VPN on before downloading the loader and activating the key. If something won't load, switch country (Europe or the US usually work).
- After a successful inject you can turn the VPN off before the match to avoid extra ping.
A VPN fixes most endless-loading and “key won't activate” problems.
Update Visual C++ and DirectX Up-to-date runtimes keep the loader and overlay from crashing at start.
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable x64 and restart the PC.
- Update DirectX if you haven't in a while.
