Preparation

Remove third-party antivirus and anti-cheats Kaspersky, Avast, ESET and the like, plus FaceIT and Riot Vanguard, conflict with the loader. They must be uninstalled, not just paused.
  1. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features).
  2. Uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing or disabling is not enough — the antivirus driver stays resident.
  3. Uninstall the FaceIT AC and Riot Vanguard anti-cheats if present — they block third-party software at the kernel level.
    • FaceIT is the CS2 anti-cheat, Vanguard is the Valorant one. If you don't play those games, they are safe to remove.
After removing an antivirus, restart the PC — some of its services only unload after a reboot.

  1. Uninstall OBS if your version is newer than 24.0.3.
  2. Install OBS Studio 24.0.3.

Launch

  1. If you need the spoofer: download the spoofer, ask support for its key and run the spoofer before the loader.
  2. Download the loader and unpack everything into one folder on a USB flash drive.
  3. Run the loader from the flash drive and enter your key.
  4. Select EFT and press START. Once the loader menu appears, remove the flash drive and keep it out until you quit the game.
  5. Launch Escape from Tarkov without pressing F5 yet.
  6. Run OBS as administrator.
  7. In OBS double-click Game Capture and choose Capture specific window.
  8. Pick the EFT EscapeFromTarkov.exe process and press OK — the game must be running at this point.
  9. Wait until the game picture shows up in the OBS window.
  10. Press F5 once in the game main menu, without holding it.

Switch window mode and press F5 again
Switch the in-game display mode to any other (fullscreen, borderless or windowed) and press Apply. You can switch back right after, but before pressing F5 again. Then press F5 in the main menu once more.

Is a spoofer included?
It is not built into the cheat. The spoofer is issued separately: you request its key from support after purchase.
Is OBS required?
Yes, the cheat needs OBS Studio version 24.0.3; newer versions do not work.
