Launch

- Download the archive from anonfilesnew.com/s/xgGu8IS6mf4
- Unpack the archive into a folder whose path has no Cyrillic letters, for example
C:\Games\DayZavr. - Run Starter.exe, paste your key and press Enter.
- After activation the launcher opens by itself — register a new account in it.
- In the launcher settings point it to the DayZ folder and start the game.
- From now on start the game straight from the launcher: Starter.exe is not needed until the subscription ends.
Problems & fixes
3Starter.exe is gone or does not start
Your antivirus removed or blocked it. Turn off Windows Defender and any third-party antivirus, unpack the archive again and run Starter.exe once more.
The key does not work on another PC
On first activation the key is bound to the hardware and MAC address of that PC. Another computer needs a new key.
The launcher does not start the game
Check the DayZ folder path in the launcher settings: it must be the root game folder, with no Cyrillic letters in the path.
Advanced setup — only if it still won’t launch
Use a VPN for download and activation CIS ISPs often block the activation servers. A VPN is needed while downloading the loader, activating the key and injecting — you can turn it off before joining a match.
- Use a full VPN — an app that routes all traffic, not a browser proxy or extension: half the support tickets come from exactly this. In Happ and similar clients turn on TUN mode.
- Turn the VPN on before downloading the loader and activating the key. If something won't load, switch country (Europe or the US usually work).
- After a successful inject you can turn the VPN off before the match to avoid extra ping.
A VPN fixes most endless-loading and “key won't activate” problems.

2Does it work with DayZ from Steam?
No. The launcher is made only for the pirated DayZavr servers.
Will it unban my old account?
No, the old account stays banned. The launcher hides your old hardware: register a new account and play on it.
