Remove third-party antivirus and anti-cheats Kaspersky, Avast, ESET and the like, plus FaceIT and Riot Vanguard, conflict with the loader. They must be uninstalled, not just paused.
- Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features).
- Uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing or disabling is not enough — the antivirus driver stays resident.
- Uninstall the FaceIT AC and Riot Vanguard anti-cheats if present — they block third-party software at the kernel level.
- FaceIT is the CS2 anti-cheat, Vanguard is the Valorant one. If you don't play those games, they are safe to remove.
After removing an antivirus, restart the PC — some of its services only unload after a reboot.
Fully disable Windows Defender The #1 cause of “it won't launch”. Disable it for real: manually first, then remove it from startup, reboot, and finish it off with Defender Control.
- Step 1. Turn protection off by hand. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings and switch every toggle off:
- Real-time protection — Off.
- Cloud-delivered protection — Off.
- Automatic sample submission — Off.
- Tamper Protection — Off. Turn this one off first, otherwise the others switch themselves back on.
- Step 2. Disable reputation-based protection. In Windows Security → App & browser control → Reputation-based protection → Settings, turn everything off (SmartScreen, potentially-unwanted-app blocking).
- Step 3. Remove Defender from startup. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Startup apps tab, find Windows Security notification icon and click Disable.
- Step 4. Restart your computer. This is mandatory — some Defender services only unload after a reboot.
- Step 5. Finish with Defender Control. Download Defender Control (archive password: r1xon), run it as administrator and click Disable Windows Defender — the tile turns red.
- If your antivirus deletes the utility itself, protection is still active — go back to step 1. The file ships zipped on purpose so Defender can't wipe it before it's disabled.
Don't skip steps 3–4. “I turned the toggles off but it didn't help” almost always means Defender came back after restart because it was left in startup.
Sync Windows time A wrong system clock breaks key authorization against the license server.
- Open Settings → Time & language → Date & time, enable Set time automatically and click Sync now.
- Close the game and its launcher completely. Open Task Manager and make sure the game process is gone.
- Turn Windows Defender (real-time protection) and every third-party antivirus off — before downloading the files. Otherwise they quietly quarantine loader.exe or client.bin. Keep protection off for the whole session.
- Open abi-c441.vercel.app and press CREATE ACCOUNT: nickname, password and the one-time key you got after payment. The nickname and password are the same on the site and in the client — if you already have an account, just sign in. Sign in as Owner, not as Guest.
- For the first install or a manual recovery, download both files of the same release — LOADER.EXE and CLIENT.BIN. Never mix files from different releases. The links live for one minute: if they expired, press REFRESH LINKS.
- Put both files in the same folder, next to each other, e.g.
C:\Suit\loader.exeandC:\Suit\client.bin. Do not rename client.bin.
Launch

- The game and its launcher must be fully closed. Right-click loader.exe, choose Run as administrator and confirm the Windows prompt. The loader checks for a signed update, installs it if needed and carries on.
- Wait for the SUIT Web-Radar window. Do not close the loader yourself — it exits together with the client.
- Sign in to SUIT Web-Radar with the same nickname and password as on the site. The sign-in is stored locally in protected form.
- Press RUN in the first window. SUIT Web-Radar opens a second window and waits for the game. Do not press START yet.
- Launch the game and wait until the main menu or the raid has fully loaded. Only then return to the second SUIT Web-Radar window, press START and wait for RADAR IS LIVE.
- Open RADAR at abi-c441.vercel.app with the same account. In the game menu it shows STANDBY, after you enter a raid — IN RAID.
- When you are done, close SUIT Web-Radar. Closing the game ends the session too. For the next launch run loader.exe again.
Problems & fixes
8CLIENT.BIN NOT FOUND
The file must be named exactly client.bin and sit in the same folder as loader.exe, not in a subfolder.
UPDATE REQUIRED or HASH MISMATCH
Run loader.exe once more — it restores the file pair by itself. If the update fails again, download both current files again from abi-c441.vercel.app and do not mix files from different releases.
RADAR OFFLINE
Check that the radar is open with the same account as the client, the subscription is active, START was pressed in the second SUIT Web-Radar window and RADAR IS LIVE is shown.
RADAR IS LIVE does not appear after START
Press START only after the game has fully loaded — the main menu or the raid is open. If you pressed it earlier, close SUIT Web-Radar and start over: loader.exe → RUN → game → START.
RELEASE VERIFICATION FAILED
The update signature check depends on the system clock. Open Settings → Time & language → Date & time, turn on “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically”, press “Sync now” and run loader.exe again.
The download link does not open
The link is protected and lives for one minute. Go back to the download block and press REFRESH LINKS.
The game was closed mid-session
Closing the game ends the session. Close SUIT Web-Radar and start over by running loader.exe.
The files vanished after downloading
Defender or an antivirus quarantined them. Turn real-time protection and third-party antiviruses off, then download both files again.
Advanced setup — only if it still won’t launch
Use a VPN for download and activation CIS ISPs often block the activation servers. A VPN is needed while downloading the loader, activating the key and injecting — you can turn it off before joining a match.
- Use a full VPN — an app that routes all traffic, not a browser proxy or extension: half the support tickets come from exactly this. In Happ and similar clients turn on TUN mode.
- Turn the VPN on before downloading the loader and activating the key. If something won't load, switch country (Europe or the US usually work).
- After a successful inject you can turn the VPN off before the match to avoid extra ping.
A VPN fixes most endless-loading and “key won't activate” problems.
FAQ
4Where do I get the key after payment?
The key arrives right after payment — on the order page, by email and in our bot if Telegram is linked. You enter it when creating the account at abi-c441.vercel.app; an extension goes into the SUBSCRIPTION field of SUIT Web-Radar with ACTIVATE KEY or EXTEND TIME.
Do I need to download the files every time?
No. The files from the site are for the first install or a recovery. After that loader.exe checks for updates on every launch and installs the current release by itself.
Can I watch the radar from a phone?
Yes. Open the radar in a browser with the same account — the interface fits phones and tablets. It opens on a second monitor the same way.
How do I play with a teammate?
The teammate picks themselves on the radar, and from then on floors switch from their view — everyone sees the map relative to their own character.
