Description
Medusa for Unturned combines an aimbot, ESP and loot filtering by category and rarity. Aiming can determine the maximum range automatically, select the closest bone or force body targeting. Target information and the displayed boundary help show the module's working area.
Players, zombies, animals, vehicles and world objects have separate settings. Loot controls include rarity colors, category labels and show-on-aim behavior. Markers can be hidden in Battle Mode. Map and compass tools support navigation, while a friend list distinguishes selected participants from other players.
Additional functions include long-range automatic looting, free camera, weather changes and Skin Changer. Profiles can be imported and loaded automatically. A spoofer is included, with Xeon and AMD FX support listed. Windows 11 compatibility is restricted to 21H2–23H2. Check that build range and the Steam-edition setup instructions before activating a key.
