Bleak External for Rust offers several aiming modes and detailed visual customization. Vector, Mixed and Silent modes can select targets by distance or position within the FOV. Different smoothing methods, two activation keys and target locking provide control over aiming behavior.

ESP separates enemies, NPCs and sleepers and shows active items, hotbars and team information. Chams offer material choices. Resource, food, barrel, crate, building, vehicle and trap groups have individual world settings, while radar uses colors for target types. Cave and night lighting, fog and time-of-day controls adjust the surrounding scene.

The interface separates smoother aiming controls from extended weapon functions. ESP font, skeleton thickness and cache frequency are adjustable; profiles and Battle Mode help organize the display. Bleak requires the SteelSeries GG overlay, GPT and UEFI.
