Medusa Rage for Escape from Tarkov extends the Medusa toolkit with automatic looting, interaction and movement features. Alongside Silent Aim and ESP, it lists Silent Melee, fast item examination, extended door interactions and additional camera and movement mechanics. Choose it for the particular extra modules you need.

The information display includes target inventories and statistics, chams, extracts with conditions, transit points and danger zones. Grenades show trajectory, timing and radius. Detailed loot categories have price and custom filters, with labels hideable while aiming or in Battle Mode. Weapons, medical supplies, keys and quest items can be configured separately.

Profiles save appearance and behavior settings, and a spoofer is included. Both Lite and Rage already have aiming and detailed ESP, so compare their additional mechanics rather than judging by the names alone. BSG Launcher, Steam and listed screen modes are supported. Check your Windows build carefully: the compatibility table limits the supported range despite the broad feature set.
