Medusa Full for DayZ adds an aimbot and extended interactions to a detailed visual toolkit. Aiming is configurable by target category, body part, FOV and distance, with selected-target information and a line showing the chosen contact. Magic Bullet, Noclip and loot interaction through obstacles are also listed.

ESP covers players, infected, animals, vehicles and bodies, including inventories and held items. Loot can be searched by name, category and condition, with a custom wanted-item list. Building materials, stashes, tools, medicine and vehicle parts are configurable alongside weapons. Show-on-aim and Battle Mode reduce persistent labels.

Profiles can be imported, exported and loaded automatically. Camera, weather, night vision and lighting have separate settings. Full chiefly differs from Lite through combat and additional mechanics.
