Cheat won’t launch: what to check and what to send support

To sort out a launch problem, first pin down the stage where it fails: the file won't open, the key is rejected, the game closes or the menu doesn't appear. Each case needs different checks. The exact error text is more useful than “it doesn't work”.

1. Check the product and its status

Match the build name in your order with the name of the guide and the loader. Full, ESP, Radar and Lite from the same developer can be different products with different keys. Then open the status page: while a product is updating, reinstalling it won't replace the developer's patch.

2. Compare the requirements

Don't stop at “Windows 11” — check the supported version of the system too. Compare the processor, launcher and display mode. Working with Steam doesn't prove support for the Microsoft Store or another client of the same game.

3. Follow your own guide step by step

In the setup guides, find exactly your product. The order of launching the loader and the game, whether a reboot is needed and the menu key can all differ. Don't carry steps over from a random video to a different build, and don't change several settings at once: that makes the cause harder to find.

4. Check where the interface should appear

A regular cheat may have a menu on a hotkey. A web radar opens its map in the browser, so there's no point looking for it on top of the game. Check the launch section, the map address and how to open it on a second device.

5. Gather details for support

• Product name and order number.
• Error text or a screenshot of the window.
• Windows version, processor and game launcher.
• The stage where it fails and what you've already tried.
• The R1XON Checker report, if the guide asks for it.

Send the details through the support contacts. Account passwords and your full key in a public chat are not needed for diagnosis. If you've already changed system settings, list which ones — it helps reconstruct what happened and in what order.
