Start recording before payment and show that login: if the details do not work or the contents do not match the variant, we replace the account, and refund only if there is nothing to replace it with. What happens to the account after that is not covered.

The previous owner still plays on the account and may take it back at any moment — in an hour or in a month. We cannot promise a term, which is why the price is below a full-access profile like this.

They can, which is why every account has a warranty. If the owner has not logged in for a long time, the chance is small — the warranty is 7 days. If they logged in this month, the warranty is 24 hours, but the account is cheaper. If the owner takes it back within the warranty, we replace it.

The term is shown on the product: 7 days, 24 hours or the first login only. It covers three cases: the account does not accept the details we issued, it stops letting you in because the previous owner reclaimed it, or it does not match what the variant promises. In each of them we replace it with an account from the same group. A claim needs a continuous video from payment to the first login — without it the warranty may be refused, so start recording before you buy. Bans earned after the handover are not covered.

It is a condition of the warranty. Cash is spent in a minute, so the only way to show what was on the account at the moment of delivery is a recording. Start capturing the screen before payment and keep it running: the video must show the payment, the e-mail and password arriving, the login, the level and the cash. Without a recording, or with one started after the details were issued, the warranty may be refused: it cannot show that nobody logged in earlier.

A block is not covered by the warranty — not for cheats, not for anything else. It is the same risk as with cheats: it stays with the player. What we answer for is that the account was handed over working and as described.

We issue an account from a group that is at least as good, at no extra cost. If there is none, we offer to wait for the next batch. Money is returned only when there is nothing to replace it with: if no replacement is issued within 48 hours, we refund by the same method you paid with.
